Projektom se postiže unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa društva Stela -Step d.o.o. kroz uvođenje on-line prijava/odjava sustava, nabava kiosk sustava za prijavu /odjavu uz izradu ključa sobe, sustav prepoznavanja službenih dokumenata, sustav naplate hotelskih usluga te uvođenje novog PMS sustava (sustav rezervacije i integracija kanala prodaje, recepcija, upravljanje prihodima, održavanje, marketing putem preferencija gostiju i programa vjernosti, izvješće i analize, upravljanje zaposlenicima i inventarom, evidencija ostalih usluga koji gosti plaćaju izvan rezervacije), nabava hardvera i licenca te edukacije zaposlenika kao i uspostava novih poslovnih modela kojima se generira rast prihoda, uštede u poslovanju te rast na novih tržištima i nova zapošljavanja.
